General Information

- Suitable For Children: Ages 12 and older only. If you are bringing a child, please call directly to make your reservation.
- Disabled Access: Limited – the ground-level Garden View Suite may be able to suit your needs.
- No pets allowed. Please do not ask. Our no pet/no animal policy allows guests with allergies to stay with confidence.
- No bridal preparation allowed or pre-wedding/event preparation of food or flower arranging in the suites.
Terms and Conditions
- Accepted payments: AMEX, VISA, Discover, Mastercard, Cash
- Deposit Amount Required: A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. The balance is due upon arrival.
- There is a $35 cancellation fee on all cancelled reservations. This covers our credit card processing and administrative fees.
Cancellations
We are a small inn and cancellations adversely affect us. Cancellations made greater than two weeks from the start of your reservation arrival date will be refunded your deposit amount less $35. Cancellations within the two weeks but greater than one week are subject to a 50 percent charge of the total reservation or the cost of one night’s stay (whichever is greater). Cancellations made seven (7) days before the day a reservation starts are subject to a cancellation fee totaling the full amount of the reservation.
Liability for cancellations within the two-week cancellation period due to illness, personal hardship, weather obstructions, etc. may be limited to a $35 compassionate fee.
Minimum Stay
A two-night minimum stay is required on all holidays and weekends (April – December) and anytime in the months of June and July. Occasionally we can accommodate a one-night weekend stay (April – December) if we have an opening between reservations. This also applies during June and July.
